I was on a bike trip from Chicago, IL to Orlando, FL and it was this shop that was able to fix my broken axel and spokes within 30 minutes in order to let me be on my way and make my time. Great, hardworking folk, very thankful for their expertise.
I have been in the store a few times to get energy gels. They were always very helpful and friendly. Today, I went in for a specific item. I didn't think they would have it since it wasn't cycling related, but I gave it a shot anyway. The owner went out of his way, and made two phone calls to get me in contact with someone that was able to get me that item. He went above and beyond. I am proud to have Columbus Cycling & Fitness as local business.

Excellent service
Friendly staff and very attentive. Not pushy at all. Good range of affordable bikes and accessories. VERY fast maintenance work. My only complaint is they don't have a lot of stock or used bikes.
