When I called them for an appointment, they did not give appointment with doctor instead they gave an appointment with the nurse.
I had an awful experience with the rude staff and dismissive practitioners at Forefront Dermatology. The doctor would not listen to what I had to say, and instead interrupted me several times and acted passive-aggressively towards me. When I tried to explain my condition she would not give me clear answers and instead said she was "not worried" and prescribed a herbal cream. The doctor acted like she had better places to be, and I was hustled out of the operating room within 4 minutes.
11/6/2016 - I received a call to discuss about this review I posted, and I got an appointment with the Doctor this week. This looks positive.
I was charged $188.52 for a visit that never happened! Apparently if you pay for a treatment and one of the Dermatologists goes to make sure that you are getting the treatment you paid for and asks you, how you doing?, that counts as another visit, and they charge you again 24 hours later! I had all my tickets and all the papers for each appointment that I ever had but they said....Nope! you still need to pay $188.52 more because probably something was discussed during your visit and the Dr. charged you for it! She said...How you doing? while I was getting my treatment! and booom $188.52!! also they make you wait 20-50 minutes in the consult room!

I absolutely love Dr. Crawford & his staff, I've had many melonoma spots removed and have not been disappointed in the care I received. Completely opposite in fact, Dr. Crawford seems to genuinely care for his patients even taking calls from me after surgery at home during his much deserved family time. Dr. Crawford has always shown great concern for my level of comfort.
I met nurse, they applied claims in the name of doctor.
Personnel friendly, explained things well,
I visited this practice to see the nurse practitioner, she was nice but she did not know much about the skin problems I am facing. She said she is doing some microscopic test, but couldn't complete. She prescribed a cream which did not work.
