Staff are very rude in the audiology dept. The doctor spent maybe 5 min. with my husband and dismissed the possibility that he may have an ear infection....... The follow up for the hearing aids never happened and I made numerous calls about them......"too busy to check" or follow up and we pay money for that.....wow
I've had Dr Sanders for several years. He's a wonderful and caring dr. He's seen me through some really bad times. He listens to what his patients have to say. We've talked about having the balloon sinuplasty done. He addressed every concern I had. It took several months of sinus infections and him and Carla talking to me, but I finally did it. I had my first good nights sleep the day he did it and have felt great ever since. He even called me that night to see how I was doing. Not many do that anymore. If your looking for an ENT dr in the Seymour or Columbus area Dr Sanders is your man. The comments on here that are rating him low must have another dr. He's one of the most caring drs I know.
Brought my 14 month old for an apt and was here 20 min early to ensure paperwork was done and it is now an hour and a half past his apt time and we are still in the waiting room with one person in front of us.
The Doctors themselves are wonderful and we were really happy with the service they provided and could tell they really cared. Unfortunately the practice is poorly run. Expect to make your appointment months in advance (which I know isn't unheard of), however you should also expect to wait far past your appt time to see the doctor. Don't think the office staff will be upfront about that when you check in either. The 2 times I had follow up appointments I waited an average of 45 minutes past my scheduled time. For someone who has to take time off work to make this appointment, that is just unacceptable.
Dr Sanders and his staff are amazing. I've had years of horrible sinus problems so I decided to go see him and his team. They quickly got me in for an evaluation and treatment. The staff prepared me with complete details of the procedures and made sure I was aware of steps I needed to take before,during and after. Everything went exactly as they had prepared me and I feel better than I have in years! I'm so happy I chose this office! I would refer everyone to them if you have sinus problems.
