Helpful staff but high prices
I have never had any issues they couldn't resolve, they have always been helpful and kind when I have been in there.
I had got to another line added to my phone because the phone I currently had the charging port didn't work and was explained to me that all I had to do was pay off my other phone and I could drop the line well because the store screwed up and is not taking responsibility for their actions and with me having over $200 a month bill has has forced my hands to pay off the new phone and take my business elsewhere I truly believe that if you're told by someone on what to do in order to cancel a line of service and they screw up it's a manager's job to make it right for the customer I don't believe that I should have to pay $45 restocking fee for mistake that they made now AT&T customer care told me that I couldn't cancel the line because the new contract was attached to the line well the store didn't explain that to me and now I'm stuck with a phone that I could have waited a day or two to get so I wouldn't be in this predicament. When you have a customer that is truly upset take care of them that's one way you keep a customer for life
