I was glad to see they had additional staff for the black sale weekend. New store for me as my regular store was out if items on sale. Staff was helpful in finding what I needed and didn't have to search for associates
This is one of the more affordable Menards stores around the area. If you're doing a major home improvement project, it's worth making the drive to come here instead of visiting a store in Indianapolis or Greenwood. You'll get significant savings on the exact same merchandise.
I really like Menards. I am always able to find what I need there. Sometimes there is not always someone to help, but even if they are from another department they will help.
This place needs some serious management. I'll never step foot in another Menards and will tell everyone I come in contact with not to shop here. DIRT BAGS! Your thieves! After spending several hundreds of dollars. They had my company vehicle towed. It wasn't left in the parking lot over 4 hours. This is a crock of SH¤T
We've spent hours here picking up pieces for various projects. Though the layout has left us going in circles from time to time, the staff is very helpful when you take the time to ask questions. The only time we ran into a snag was picking up lumber. The employees out there weren't as organized as they could have been, but overall I've had very positive experiences.
What they have on line never matches what they have in the store. Even though it says that have several in stock on the website they have none at the store. I was told by a woman who acted like she hates her job it's just human error and she shrugged me off without trying to help me find a similar item. This has happened multiple times. It's inconvenient, a waste of time of should not be a difficult problem to fix. Luckily we have a Lowe's in town that never seems to have this problem.
