Worst customer service I have ever received! ( I was in Collections for 5years) I call them to resolve the matter and the young lady was rude, hostile, and overshadowing not to mention she hung up in my face. I called back to speak with a manager and I had a simple request and his response was “ you owe This money so you need to take out your debit card and pay it” he was also quite hostile. I advised him if he could not fulfill my request then I couldnt proceed with the company he became up set and rushed me off the phone. I refuse to work with this company! I wish I could give negative stars!!!!!!!

Allied is an Awful company that believes harassment is okay. They refuse to go back to DexMedia to tell them the client does not owe them money but is owed a credit. They call and call even though they were told they have incorrect information. They tell you be prepared to be recorded yet they have no direct contact with DexMedia (another awful company) so nothing can ever be resolved. If I could give them negative stars I would.
Credit report but each time they get a dispute on it they change the amount to look as though they are legit.. and they always say it isn't them when get a bad review.. THEY ARE SCAM.. they have to use third party numbers when they call you for debts you don't owe..
every time I've called they have helped me out a tremendous amount. they have worked with me on making a payment plan and don't hassle me if I need to skip a payment one week...Taylor jones handles my account and she works very hard to help me understand things and I feel as though I am not being bombarded like other collection companies.
