In a case he was supposed to be the defense counsel, I had to file a PCR Petition, from prison, which the Special Prosecutor admitted .. ADMITTED .. the state had NO probable cause to initiate the case .. that the state ALTERED evidence .. withheld evidence ( with help from Edwards) .. that the state had lied and conspired to suppress a jury's NOT guilty verdict, so they could illegally try me a second time .. and that the state convicted me of an .. "invalid charge" .. which the state ." improperly" (unconstitutionally) included .. again with the help of Aaron Edwards.
The state admitted the charge I was convicted of was an invalid charge which they improperly included. They ADMITTED it, in writing, filed in open court, in their Response to my PCR Petition.
