Nice staff, but expect to wait at a minimum of 30 min in line each visit. Old store was quick, this one isn't worth the wait. Grocery store is awesome though.
The pharmacy is always willing to answer questions. They will call doctors, nursing staff, patients, insurance companies in order to get the best and correct answers.
All pharmacies are not equal! I recently filled a prescription at Kroger after having defected to another pharmacy for several years. My original reason for going was price/deductible, but the people in the pharmacy at Kroger are the big difference. They have always had the best staff, and the best pharmacists.
I transferred prescriptions from CVS due to terrible customer service & support. Kroger has far exceeded all expectations & have even made it possible to have certain prescriptions renewed by fax, which means I save hundreds on doctor visits. They are always kind, respectful, & considerate. Amazing customer service & I will only use Kroger pharmacy from now on!
We have been going to Kroger Pharmacy for years now. The employees have us spoiled rotten...lol. Can't beat their friendly faces and their willingness to help. They put a smile on my face every time I'm there. Can't forget that they have our dogs spoiled too, when we go through the drive-thru. lol. Can't give these people enough kudo's.
