Staff was ready to help with any questions I had and took time out of their busy schedule to do so. Very profession and through with their answer.
This place is incredible, my mother really enjoys living here. They provide plenty of activities and the apartments are well kept and spacious.

My mother moved into Parkside Court about a year and a half ago. At that time, we were told that the facility had managers who lived on site and were available 24/7, in case of emergency. This changed about 6 months ago and at this time, if a crisis arises, the resident must depend on a life alert lanyard, to get help. My mother recently did not answer her phone for over 24 hours. I live out of state. When I tried to send someone to the facility to check on her, the doors to get into the facility were locked (they are now locked at 7pm) and once my local friends found a way inside, they were unable to get my mother to answer her locked door. This prompted a call to local police, who stated they could not officially break in, without hearing my mother call for help, or seeing her through a window, in distress. I was frantic. It wasn't until a neighbor allowed her lanyard to be used, in order to access management, that police were able to access a key and gain access to my mother. This incident aside, I have heard nothing but poor reports concerning the food served at Parkside. It has been described recently as inedible. Needless to say. I am not pleased with this facility.
