Properties are properties, and everyone needs to be prudent to determine if the condition is acceptable. My suggestion is to avoid Tucker simply due to poor customer management, not their end product which I have found acceptable.
I have rented from F/C Tucker for (3) years. I have been satisfied with maintenance issues on my rentals; they have been taken care of quickly and completely. However, my suggestion is to be very careful on any contracts or agreements made. Trusting a verbal agreement cost me $450, which Tucker did not honor, though it was very clear my contact/co-owner was aware of the agreement made. When this request was made, it was taken personally, and handled in an unprofessional manner.
I was scolded previously on a late payment, which I verified and provided proof it was made, only to find the payment was lost on their end.
