Lack of expertise and terrible customer service. We contracted Jim to diagnose a water spot where the wall and ceiling meet in our bedroom. He said it was a leak coming in from the roof and had part of the roof nailed down. The work he did exacerbated the problem by routing the water to another area and causing another water spot. The response I received was that he was "stumped". He said they were only "trying" to fix the problem and would not take ownership of the results. He refused to investigate further or refund the money we paid. His recommendation was to replace the roof (which is 6 years old). Extremely unhappy and will never do business with again. Do not recommend.
