There customer service agent is totally awesome here, she is friendly and very helpful. And FedEx service is reliable!!
The lady at the counter is beyond rude. They need to learn some customer service and how to be friendly to people that walk in.
We get several packages a day. Most are UPS and 9 out of 10 times if it is a FedEx, their is a problem Packages that are time sensitive are not delivered and taken back to the Hub and we have a delivery box available. Packages are left at our public mailbox 1 mile away is ordinary for anyone else to pick. I will never ship FedEx if I have a choise,
