We have had 2 visits and my fearless 3 year old daughter LOVES the dentist. I feel this is mostly due to the caring and loving dentist and staff. First visit was a cleaning and by the 2nd visit for cavities she went back on her own while I waited in the lobby. I think I was more worried than her, and she still did awesome. I would have liked to have been with her, but obviously they explained things and handled her well enough for her to still have no fear. The waiting room is SUPER kid friendly with movies playing on tv and plenty of toys to keep young ones occupied. I'm excited for our future with them and for my son to experience dentistry with them.
GREAT PEDIATRIC DENTIST!! Dr. Pavlov and staff have been taking care of our girls for years now, and wouldn't think about taking them anywhere else. There is a real family feel in the office, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality pediatric care.
Doctor Hailey is wonderful, experienced, and kind. She was patient with my very scared child and explained her medical needs very well. However, her office workers were so cruel to me over the phone they brought me to tears. They were frustrating and rude. They also don't have very good communication for the procedures, as they scheduled my daughter's surgery 2 months in advance and the hospital scheduled over this operation time anyway. They need to work out the communication so that that doesn't ever happen again, especially days before an operation. People have jobs, and people have to plan for all day procedures. It was very inconvenient. Again the doctor is great, but the office and corresponding hospital have some serious issues to work out.
This dentist office is great . Very patient . I have anxiety . And Mark who did my dental impressions is amazing . He made me feel calm & at ease .
Awesome service I was very satisfied, Every thing that was performed was explained fully and I was made to feel very comfortable and I do not like going to the dentist office at all. I would highly recommend this practice
