The snow this morning derailed my plans to bring flowers to my parents today (a sad date for our family), and I called Amari to explain the situation and see if there was any way they could deliver an arrangement this morning. Did they ever deliver. The woman I ordered from on the phone was so nice, helpful, and understanding. After evaluating the choices I had to send today, I ordered 6 white tulips and a single red rose; my mom just sent me a photo of a stunningly beautiful, full arrangement of those plus baby's breath and other greenery in a vase with a ribbon. It is the prettiest flower arrangement I've ever seen delivered - fresh, blooming, arranged beautifully. Completely went beyond my expectations. Thank you for making a hard day a little easier and a lot more beautiful.

Arranged for mothers day flowers to be delivered. Petals yellowing and falling apart next day. Called florist with my concerns. Was advised owner would call me back. Never did and only credited my account less than half of purchase. Very disappointed Owner didn't even give me a courtesy call. Will not do business again with them.
I am an out of town customer. I pre-ordered spray roses for a party that I was decorating for and the owner charged me per stem as if it were an arrangement, $375. I could have ordered them online from fifty flowers and had them delivered for $130. The staff was very friendly but the owner totally took advantage of the fact that I was from out of town, thinking she could overcharge and it wouldn't hurt her business. I love this town and I was born and raised here. I love seeing all these new businesses popping up in Columbus every time I come home. I was disappointed to have encountered this greedy business owner in my hometown where I have always felt people to be honest and fair.
