Gina was the first person that we locked down for our 11/25/2017 wedding at the Sycamore at Mallow Run. We didn’t know where we were going to have it, when we were going to have it or any other details, but we knew Gina would do the flowers. Through her work at friend’s weddings or even my mom’s subscription to her flower arrangement of the month club, there was no question that we wanted her to do our wedding and that we knew the flowers would be beautiful. I had so much fun meeting with Gina and talking over ideas, and she took all of those ideas and flawlessly turned them into reality. It’s hard to describe the beauty Gina makes with her arrangements, and how over the moon we were with how everything turned out. I would absolutely, positively recommend Gina to anyone who asked, because to me there really is no other way!
I stopped in last minute on my anniversary. They were working on arrangements for a wedding and told me that they usually take orders ahead of time. But me being me I waited until the last minute. The lady said not to worry and she would put something together. She did an amazing job and even delivered them for me. I will definitely be returning and will remember to order in advance.

So disappointed. I made sure to get my name down for a September wedding back in January- my mother went in to ensure we had the day reserved. I called to make sure they had my name down, and, after calling several different times, I was able to reach someone and confirm that they did. I'm from out of town, so after speaking with the florist, we decided the best way to handle communicating about what I would like for my wedding was by email. I sent an email with all of my details, expecting to hear back with a quote and contract to sign, instead I never heard back, left a voicemail, never heard back. Finally my mom went in to check on things, was told that they had received my email and would get back with me. No one ever did. A month before my wedding, I ended up having to find a florist to order flowers for me so I could do them myself- everyone was too busy to put them together for me at that point. I'm not sure what happened, if my wedding was too small for them to do, or I slipped thru the cracks, but I know my name was down, my mom saw it written on the calendar. I can't figure out why you wouldn't at least let a bride know that you've decided not to do the wedding! I'm so disappointed, they do beautiful work, but I can't believe I was left hanging, without anyone reaching out. Maybe it's different if you're in town, and are able to actually sit down in front of them and connect with them, but if you're unable to do that, I wouldn't recommend them. Communication seems to be an issue.
