These guys do a great job. The install team was fantastic. Their attention to detail was great. Very pleased. Even had an in home follow-up the next day to make sure all was well.
Derick made an A/C preventative maintenance call today and I can't find words to say how impressed I am. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what I can do to help maintain my system. He offered a Preventative Maintenance Contract but was not the least bit pushy about it. He also arranged for an appointment so that I can get information about a fireplace. He could not have been more professional or more polite.

They were quick to get an appointment set, promptly on time, and the tech Derick was very polite & professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the issues. I really liked that he gave me repair options along with information so I could make an educated decision on how to proceed. He was knowledgeable, informative, and not pushy to sell me anything I did not need. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any heating and air repair/service.
Our furnace went out 2 days after we moved in to a new home. Advantage repaired it a couple of times at an affordable rate but warned us it wouldn't last long. Each service call (in the middle of winter) they were at our house within 15-20 minutes and stayed until the work was done and our house was warm again. Derick was friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of each time. When it went out for good, they made the process of getting a new furnace installed easy. Derick, David and Marcus were friendly, thorough, approachable and explained everything they were doing. They found extensive issues that were beyond the scope of the work they'd expected, but they didn't leave until the work was done well and the system was functioning as it should. Additionally, there was a rebate available on the system we purchased. They not only filled out the paperwork as much as they could for us, they marked where signatures were required and included an addressed and stamped envelope to make it completely simple to take care of. I appreciate the excellence with which Advantage operates their business and their great employees. Highly satisfied customer!
