We were building a home at Beazer Homes Shadow Creek Farms. It was a very enjoyable process of choosing our home layout, then choosing the options we wanted in the home such as cabinets, carpet, flooring, etc. Then we thoroughly enjoyed watching as our home was being built. We went often to look at the progress and all the contractors that were working on the house were very friendly and kind and did not mind our frequent visits. We had some unexpected problems in the building of the house but I think these were natural problems that will occur occasionally under any construction. However very important to us was that the staff and workers at Beazer were extremely kind and always professional as we worked through the issues. Throughout the whole process I was very impressed on how accommodating the staff at Beazer was. They would check their emails and respond in the evenings and even while they were on vacation. It seemed like their total focus was customer satisfaction. We appreciate all their support and the kindness that has been shown to use during this process of building a home.
