Dr. Irons really seemed to care that I was taken care of properly. A+++ in my book!
Dr. Irons does a very thorough eye exam. I was pleased and impressed with his care. He cares about your eye health and your prescription. He took time to explain everything. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility is beautiful inside. I couldn't believe all the frames I had to choose from - and some super cool name brands. Pricing was good. My finished glasses (two pairs) are amazing. I enjoyed my visit and I will be taking my family here for many years to come.
Dr. Irons gave me the wrong prescription the first time around. He fixed it, but did not meet my expectations when handling the issue. His communication regarding exactly what happened the first time and what he was doing to correct it was unclear and did not inspire confidence. In addition, the office personnel at this office did not appear well trained. They were unable to answer questions at times, and more importantly either didn't know how or didn't take the time to ensure fit and proper adjustment of my new glasses, when they finally came in. Overall very disappointed with the service, gave 2 stars because the Dr. and staff were all very polite, although they did not perform well.
