I rely on Lincare for my CPAP supplies. I have to call once per month to have them mailed out to me. In October it took 5 phone calls and 3 weeks for me to receive my supplies. This month so far I have placed 3 calls, left a call back number and called corporate in Florida.... still no response.
Evidently I jinxed myself by updating my review. Latest experience has been horrible. It has been over a month since my initial call where I was referred to an 800 number. Still no supplies.
Nov-Dec 2016. Horrible service. Will be cancelling service tomorrow. Have not yet received cpap machine nor oxygen. No one returns phone calls. Horrible customer service.
If you have an alternative I recommend using them.

i totally agree with the previous reviewers. Receptionist Heather is wonderful...but poor service from everyone else. Started calling a month ago to get my c-pap supplies verified. No one called me back and nothing was done. Plus several unnecessary home and clinic visits were scheduled and most likely billed to Medicare. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY OVERALL!!!
I have always had wonderful service with Lincare. The delivery has been timely and the customer service reps have been friendly, courteous and helpful.

My first impression getting supplies from Lincare was not a good one. However, I have subsequently continued to use them as my insurance requires it and they have become increasingly better at servicing my account and the staff is genuinely friendly so I felt it important to update my review to reflect my current experience with them. 7/12/2017
