We waited more than 90 minutes just to see a nurse practitioner who asked us to go to emergency room with a completely wrong diagnosis. Completely unsatisfied.
We made an appointment online, and they sent out a text when our "appointment" was 30 from then and to head over. We got here, and she let me know it would be an additional 45 minutes. I asked if we could leave and come back in a half hour, she said no because it could be sooner. We'll our 1:15 appointment, that was then was supposed to happen at 2:00 is still not happening, as we've been here almost two hours and over an hour back in the room waiting on physician, even though we were told we were next in line, she just came in and said an additional 10 to 20. I'm waiting now because by the time I get to the next place, I'll be waiting there too. I will never be back. Will go to new Kroger clinic instead.
The doctor was a real jerk today. Apparently having a bad day. This place is so inconsistent!
Went there for a bloaded stomach,and a swelled throat,ive been there a few times with great results today the doctor tells me i know everything i need to know and tells me about her life!! I dont care i have a throat swelled over half of normal and she tells me quit drinking! Um im here for a swelled throat not my drinking then puta on my paperwork a alcoholic!!!!!! Hey babe if ur husbands a drunk not my problem!!! I am here for a swollen throat!!!
