I cannot get a response from anyone on 2011 taxes I faxed to the dept of revenue and I would like a transcript of what I owe and how much I have paid and I can't seem to get it. Also I keep getting payment notices for a 316 payment that we didn't authorize and I would like to know what that payment is for because they have a levy against me
