Great experience today. We came in to look for a new mattress and we're pleasantly surprised to have Jacob Zimmerman help us through the process of finding the perfect fit for us! Very happy with the price versus the quality. We really felt like he not only listened to what we were looking for but really guided us in the right direction. Very kind and personable and didn't feel any pressure whatsoever. Also love the fact that if we don't love it we can have it returned no problem. Would def recommend this place.
Dave was very helpful in helping us to find the right mattress. I was impressed with his customer service/attention that he was able to give two other customers the same amount of attention. At least he greeted everyone that walked into the door. We went across the street to another matress store but was not even acknowledged and there was only one other person was there.
We enjoyed our experience at this mattress firm. There was a Lego playset for our daughter to play with while we waited for the associate. Jesse was extremely helpful even while we waited. He helped us pick out a mattress that was perfect for our two year old and also fit our budget.
I had a great time at this store! I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing (bad planning on my part) but the store manager still did the sale and to the fullest of his abilities! He even helped where he could with pricing and other things... I would recommend this mattress firm to anyone seriously inquiring a new bed!
