This is a nice enough place to live if you work downtown. Be prepared to pay for it.
Very please living at The Cole in Columbus. Very close to all of the fun of 4th Street and Yes Cinema. We lived on the first floor from 2013 to 2014. Would recommend to others.
I have lived here for 2+ years and love it! Everyone on the staff makes you feel welcome and is very accommodating and helpful. The building and amenities are "modern" and clean, and the apartments have very nice interiors and appliances. I think the prices aren't far off from other apartments in Columbus, but at the Cole you get a fantastic location and staff as well :) I'd highly recommend this complex!
The apartments are just builder quality and at what turns out to be a horrible location.. the staff was amazing but they moved on.. depending on where you're at in the building sleeping can become an issue. And by that I mean if you like to sleep at all... You'll be quickly learning how many hooptie cars in Columbus don't have exhausts..then the trains started not just blowing their horns in short bursts to alert drivers but just laying on the horn constantly just trying to wake everyone up at all hours of day and night because they are having to work while everyone is trying to sleep.. Even up past 3am when there isn't even traffic on the road they still do that at every single intersection.. oh and if your on the top floor you better not mind delinquents jumping and running on your roof in the middle of the night.. our common hallway and stairs havent been vacuumed in over a month and it always smells like stale garbage, ethnic cooking and dirty socks out there too... There is also less water pressure in the building than a cistern.. you can't even use the faucet to spray food off of a plate.. all this and they think they can charge the rent equivalent of a mortgage payment for a $250,000 house... RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
