Employees don't have idea about any product and always lack of stock
The ulta ladies have either NO idea what theyre talking about or are so eager to prove their "knowledge" that they annoy you! I asked an associate where the travel sizes were and she said they didn't carry them,,, ok. then i asked about a highlighter and the woman gave me a blush???
This place is an absolute joke. No one on staff has any idea about the products they sell. A sales associate actually said "We don't carry beauty supplies" to me when I asked if they sold hair color. They will say anything to male a sale even if it's b.s. and refuse returns are faulty priducts.
