I have been dealing with Bob Poynter, Columbus, sales, leases and service for 18 yrs. I've always received wonderful customer service until the last 4 months. I work a full time job, so I need to schedule oil changes and etc to fit my schedule. Never had a problem, until....I call and leave numerous detailed messages, never to receive a call back. I called last month to schedule an oil change, and ended up taking my business elsewhere,because I didn't receive a call back until the next day. This past week my front tire blew, I only got a hold of them to order a new tire because I called the parts department. When I called service to schedule the tire replacement, I left 3 messages for service and 1 for sales (hoping I could get some help from the salesperson we deal with). My last message I said that I would just pick up the tire and have different business put it on. THEN I got a call back. When I brought up my concerns to the manager, he simply shrugged it off, blaming their phone system. Really? Not when I'm leaving messages on employee voice mails. I don't think so. Unfortunately for us, we just leased our vehicle this year, so while there may be situations when we HAVE to deal Bob Poynter, I will be much happier not dealing with that frustration by taking my vehicle to a place that actually value good customer service.
Randy in sales helped us choose the right vehicle at the right price. We changed our minds a few times and each time he was more than happy to accommodate us. Randy was available every time we called even on his day off he had calls forwarded to him so he could help us. Randy spent a lot of time sourcing the exact vehicle we wanted and was genuinely interested in his job and customers which made this the best car buying experience I have had. Thanks!
I sent my jeep there for a 2 wheel alignment for 43.95 then they called me back 3 hours later and told me that they need 3 hour of labor to set my upper and lower adjustable control arms and I said that what a alignment is for she said with was like 285 for them to do it I said no I will just come get me jeep on my lunch time then they wanted to charge me 74.90 for them to look at my jeep so they told me 43.95 for the alignment and then want to charge 74.90 when I go get it I said im not paying for it

Purchased a CPO Genesis from Dewayne, and it was the most pleasant dealership experience I have ever had. The car was in very good condition, and I would have believed that it was new. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Feel like they gave me a great deal for a car I am very satisfied with. Would highly recommend.
I took my truck in for a recall issue, they called and said the recall issue was fixed but the blower was shot and not working but they were putting a new one in. My husband told the lady we only wanted the recall issue fixed and we would put a new blower motor in if it needed it. I went to pick it up and the blower motor works just fine but the radio isn't working anymore. We talked to the service manager he said the tech that worked on my truck said the radio was on when he pulled it in the shop and he just turned it off. We needed the truck over the weekend so we took it back in yesterday 11-24-17 to be fixed and I again talked to the service manager who again said that the tech had said the radio was playing when he pulled it in so he turned it off. I went in to pick it up today and was told by the service manager that a bunch of wires are fried under the dash and they didn't mess with any wires so it wasn't their fault that the radio wasn't working and none of his techs saw it working when we brought it in. LIARS! Just complete LIARS! I'll never go to this place again and I will never recommend them to anyone!
