We've used Frank Anderson for decades; they always under promise and over deliver! They are courteous and professional and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. When I visited this time, for an alignment, an elderly gentleman was in to have a low tire looked at began to chat up the employee at the counter. I could tell the employee was more than just a little busy, but he still listened to the gentleman and engaged him in conversation. Little things like that will keep me recommending Frank Anderson Tire.
Place works fast. It is better to set up an appointment but when I needed some work done that I couldn't do myself they were the cheapest and most reasonable for time that I found.
I wouldn't recommend them to fix a weed eater. Their managers. Need to take some classes on customer service. They are losing a customer they have had for years and years! I will tell everyone I know not to go there. They treat you like they are better than you!! I told the man that they are loosing out on a lot of business and he said "so what" I was in awe that someone would say that to a customer that has a fleet of five vehicles and six personal vehicles I've taken there. NOT ANY MORE!! I recommend going to a real mechanic instead of these want to be Shadetree mechanics

Great friendly service. I had been told by a different shop I would need several things done that would be 3 times more expensive, they suggested I simply start simple, just balance tires and see how it drove. Problem solved without spending money I did not need to. Very professional and fast service.
These guys do not have a clue of what customer service is! I have a fleet of five vehicles that they wouldn't do a simple oil change on because they would have had to bill the enterprise fleet rental. The man on the phone argued with me that my vehicles were not fleet vehicles even after I had confined with the rental agent that they in fact were. I hope
