Fast service. Just be sure to check air pressure in tires afterwards. And always check to make sure oil cap and dip stick in motor. Lol

The conversation was like so: “Well your card says the max for the account is $75 without having to call them to get permission, and if I do the oil change and the tire rotation, that puts you over the limit, and I would have to call them to get permission. So how about we just don’t do the rotation?”
Dude, that car isn’t my property. I can’t haggle for what is clearly stated on the card as required maintenance. I still can’t believe it. Of course, I told him to call, I would wait. The call took just a few minutes. I can’t believe he tried to haggle just to get out of talking on the phone. Oh, and the tire pressure on one of my tires was too low after they rotated them. Now I have to go somewhere to have them correct it.
It was fine until I had an issue, and then they completely ignored me. They are always mentioning that you can come in for a free top off. My car at the time burned oil so I went in for the free top off. I waited at least hour for something that would take like 2 minutes...people that came in after me were getting helped and completed before I got my car back. I wondered if you come there for something free like that, if they keep taking the people paying first, or if they just forgot about me. So I emailed through the website, asking that question. If it's their policy to make the free top offs wait like that, I wasn't going to come back for one. They emailed back that they would look into it, but I have never heard back from them. That was around a year ago. I just saw a Jiffy Lube commercial and it reminded me of how they just blew me off.
I took my fleet vehicle (company car) to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. I’ve done this a million times at other oil changing companies (shout-out to Valvoline, so easy to work with).
Always good for an oil change and great customer service. I once only needed a low beam light replaced, I came in and was out in a few minutes and they didn't even charge me!
This place was not easy to work with. What I typically do is hand the person my vehicle card that carries all the information, and they type it into their system. When I gave it to the guy at this place, it took him forever to type in the information. When he finally did so, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but he tried to haggle with me on the maintenance of my company vehicle.
