I regret not having gone to Pawlus dental sooner while living in Columbus for 5 years. I decided to try it out after a recommendation from a coworker during casual conversation, and it is absolutely worth the switch from my previous dentist. Even though the main reason I'm going to the dentist is to take care of my teeth (I'm not the type to get particularly impressed by looks if that's not what I'm looking for in the first place), I was actually surprised how the little details spread around the office made the "dentist" experience quite inviting, and made me almost forget I was there to actually get my regular teeth cleaning! A waterfall mounted on the wall makes it feel like you're entering a spa (let that sink in...). Complimentary coffee and water. You go into your procedure and see the typical wall TV screen to keep you entertained, knowing that as soon as the chair reclines, that's essentially useless... and to your surprise.. TV on the ceiling! The little details... smart.
I was in and out in no time. Dana did a wonderful job finishing up the filling after Dr Pawlus used the new Laser to remove the temporary filling. All painless!! Great appointment. I've been going to Pawlus Dental for over 15 yrs. Highly recommend.
Came in today to finish a tooth that required a filling after a root canal.
I have been going to Pawlus Dental for 3 1/2 years after relocating to Columbus. This is the first time I have ever truly looked forward to going to my dental appointments. The staff is top rate and very personable. Chelsea was my dental hygienist today and I could not have asked for a more friendly, yet professional hygienist. Dr Pawlus always takes the time to thoroughly go over my dental health with me. I highly recommend Pawlus Dental for your dental needs.
That being said, the dental care is the most important thing here, and in that matter, Pawlus dental delivers. I had a very good experience, Chelsie made the cleaning experience painless and rather enjoyable with some interesting conversation (to which I unfortunately couldn't always answer... bummer). And Dr. Pawlus came and explained with great clarity and honesty my status, and any recommended next steps without any pressure on making decisions. I'm looking forward to my next visit to the spa... I mean... dentist.
I found Pawlus Dental about a year ago. By far one of the best decisions I've made. When you enter Pawlus dental it isn't like any other dental office I've been in, you know the one's with bland walls and you feel like your waiting to see an inmate. At Pawlus Dental it's an immediate relaxing experience with the water fall and fish in the waiting room, friendly staff and unique design. Everyone makes you feel welcome and interested in your dental health. Neely, Chelsea and Brittney have been very important in my dental hygiene. I recommend Pawlus Dental to everyone.
At Pawlus Dental, the staff is always friendly and kind. The dental staff always takes time to explain what procedure they will be doing and asks if I have questions before they start. They are gentle , never rough or forceful during the procedure. Sarah was wonderful to work with. They recommend treatment and are never demanding that you proceed. They leave the decision up to you. I highly recommend Pawlus Dental for your entire family.
