This place is amazing! They were able to work my mother in as an emergency new patient visit that day! The staff are so friendly and professional! The dentist was able was to perform miracles and completely repair the broken tooth that same day! So thankful White River Dental is accepting new patients so that I can be seen next!

Great dental practice. Tom my son in for an emergency walk in at 7pm. They were the only dentist in town that was open after 6pm. Dr Strickland was really good to my son. All is well now. I highly recommend this dentist.
Wonderful dentist office. The dentists there are friendly, do great work & are willing to explain when it comes to any questions you have. The hygienists & assistants are very nice, as well as the whole staff. Very professional as well.
I am switching after a year with White River Dental in Columbus IN because of their poor services. The main reason why I went to them at the first place and stayed with them for this long was because they are available on Fridays and Saturdays. However apparently they forgot to schedule me follow up in 3 months (instead of the usual 6 months), not once but twice after my deep cleaning treatment. I only found out when I visited the office 6 months after along with bad news of the tooth that I had problems with. I was advised that I might need bone graft but the they will need to check with the dentist and a specialist and get back to me. They never did! I waited and waited and even called them twice to follow up and never heard back! Here I am today, told that I have no other choics but getting my problematic tooth extracted because bone graft alone won't do anymore. This is the cost I have to pay because of their poor follow up and lousy services. If I have the choice to give them a negative score, I would. And would strongly recommend anyone seeking a good dentist office to look elsewhere.
