The food was really good. Casey our waiter was very friendly and very attentive to us. But one of the girls that work there was up by the cash register cutting the specialty bread sniffing her nose the whole time! It was just not once or twice it was continuously and then the last bite went into her mouth. I commented to the manager and he said it's been that way since day one! I just kept thinking is her nose going to run out on the bread. I'm glad I got biscuits. I also found out that the guy that washes dishes has been there for 13 years goes out above and beyond his duties. The last eight years has never had a raise. It's so disappointing to know that lot of the hardest workers are left back in the dark. I think Bob Evans needs to reevaluate their workers.
Great place to eat..... Family friendly atmosphere..... And great food! Always a delight to stop in & eat at this location.
Friendly and attentive service, and good food. Our server was cheerful even when faced with challenges and brightened our day. Great service combined with Home-style cooking makes a comforting experience we will return to.
I've eaten here many times. Most of the waitresses are friendly and efficient, a few not so much. The food is sometimes a little slow out of the kitchen, but always good. One time they messed up my wife's order, but they caught it before it left the kitchen and made it right. When I went to pay, the manager didn't charge us for her meal. I thought that was more than generous and made me a happy customer.
The food is good I prefer the lunch and dinner. I went on a Sunday and it was super busy, like we were there at the table for 20 minutes until they got us our food and the waitress visited only to give us the check( other waitresses had to take her place )other then that it was really good. I do have to say that if you want to grab a quick bite not to come here but if you just want a nice dinner it's really good. Weekends are really busy though!
