Sirloin Stockade has been an important place in my life since I was a child. My mother loved to take us there, and as kids, or course we loved getting all the macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and pizza that we wanted. Even after all these years, despite being in direct competition with Golden Corral and other buffets in town, they've maintained a quality level of service you won't see other buffets offering. The food is still great, the steaks are simple but good, and the price is still affordable like it's always been. I would highly recommend this place as a nice lunch place to meet with your friends, or a good place for kids since they have plenty of kid proffered foods, and there tend to be a decent amount of elderly folk who eat here, so it must be popular with the older crowds as well.
We were in the middle of relocating to the Columbus, Indiana area and decided to go to Sirloin Stockade for our Thanksgiving meal. Such great food and service! Total surprise. Went again just for a dinner and it was just as good again. We're hooked.
This is a good place to eat. Their steaks arent wimpy & most buffets the meat is small & dry. Great customer service.
There food is awesome! Service is good. We were very disappointed last night though because my friend and I took our Veteran husband's there for supper only to find out that they were not celebrating Veterans Day until Monday so they did not get their meal free. I think they should have let them have there meals free anyway. We drove 30 minutes to eat with them like we have done for several years so yes we were very disappointed.
