Excellent service and even better people. They fit me in at the last minute to replace my alternator. The repair didnt break the bank and came with an excellent warranty. Everyone I talked to at the shop seemed extremely trust worthy. If you're looking for exemplary auto service look no further. I'll definitely go back to Ray's the next time I need a car repair.
I'm new to the Columbus, IN area. I took my Chevy Colorado in for a new set of tires. The staff was very nice and helpful. They were very organized and scheduled my tire change the very next day. I even received a text message to notify that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to Ray's for oil changes and service from now on.
Like Seinfeld says, finding a mechanic you can trust is hard. I don't know how much brake calipers should cost, let alone what they look like damaged. However, you'll feel in good hands at Ray's. They take pictures of damaged areas, explain everything and try to save you money.

The best auto shop in Columbus bar none. Honest, efficient, fast. These guys are the place to go.
The folks at this shop are transparent and honest people. I've taken four different vehicles here multiple times over the past 8 years or so and have always appreciated how I've been treated. Not once have they tried to "sell" me additional work that I did not bring the car in for. They simply do the work you ask them to do and raise awareness related items. As an example, I've never brought a car to them for an engine issue and had them talk to me about the brakes/shocks/etc. Also, they have never gone forward with work that will cost additional without first talking to me. Their prices are competitive and again, transparent. I couldn't recommend this shop more and often mention it to friends who are looking for a place to take their car.
