Although you let us return the full amount (this time!, as you said). The question to ask yourself is this really good for business and as I walked out was I really there to buy more oil, filters, and groceries for the next week?
Walmart isn't known for customer service and neither is this auto service center.
The people here really do care and try to do a good job. Sometimes customers come in expect to be out in 5 or 10 mins but that's unrealistic for the services offered. People need to understand that the employees are people to and need to go home to their families as well instead of stopping by 10-20 mins before closing expecting a 30-45 min service to be done at last minute demand.
Came here to reprogram my aftermarket tpms sensor on my spare rims. The manager here took the car and reflashed sensor id without any charge. He also wrote down the sensor ids in case I want to program them later. Can't thank him enough. What a wonderful place! I won't go to tirebarn again.
Just took my car in for an oil change as I always do at that Wal-Mart. I got a call an hour later from them telling me they declined my oil change because they couldn't remove the oil cap. Neither I, or anyone else but them has touched the oil cap since the last oil change. I went back to get my car and told them I didn't understand why they weren't able to remove it unless they had put it on too tightly or incorrectly. The gentlemen behind the counter went and got one of the mangers, to whom I made the same comment to. He immediately got rude with me and told me if I could remove it myself he would change it. I then said I shouldn't have to since they were the ones who put it on incorrectly and again, that I hadn't touched it since they changed the oil last. He then asked for my paperwork from the last oil change, and when I said I had it and went to grab it from my car he then proceeded to tell me that either way it didn't matter because he didn't know if I was lying or not. Extremely uncalled for, and extremely unprofessional to call a customer a liar. DO NOT bring your car here. I will never go back to them for anything.
To the two gentlemen working the auto service is it really necessary to meet my wife, child, and I in the parking lot to let us know you have a 5 gallon limit per person on used oil return. We had maybe 30qts (7.5 gallons) between the two of us.
