They have made an attempt to correct the issue. So financially, it's ok. I personally am still bothered by the misleading invoice write up.
On the recommendation of our builder we used Lohmeyer plumbing as our contractor. Joe and his staff helped us make the hundreds of decisions involved with building a new home. Everyone involved was extremely helpful. Twenty-six years later we're still using Lohmeyer plumbing and have never used anyone else. Joe's team is always on time, polite, explains what the problem is and what they need to fix it and then do their best to fix it in an efficient way or get the needed parts to fix it later. When we call Lohmeyer we know we're not only getting quality service at a great price but we're also not getting someone who drove down from Indy for the day. We're using someone local who has an excellent reputation. I always recommend Lohmeyer plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber. Besides, Joe has the biggest pipe wrench in town!
Great service and friendly people. Our sump pump went out and Lohmeyer came out to the house that same day. They were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! Thank you!

False information on my invoice. I have a home warranty and they refused to talk to them before the repair so it's invalid for that repair. I was going to let it go but they made it a point to state that the home warranty wasnt mentioned until after the repair was complete. therefore i have to pay the full bill, no help from the home warranty. Honesty Is essential, they didn't use it.
