They have always fixed any issues we've had at our restaurant. Very knowledgeable.
I have used them three times in the last 1.5 months (when it rains it pours) and they have impressed me every time. They show up on time, are very professional and will take their time to make sure they troubleshoot to actually fix the problem. They have offered advice on other issues and taken it upon themselves to fix some issues without me asking them to.
They never pressure you to buy or do anything and they take the time to explain and answer any questions while giving unbiased advice.
While they successfully replaced the flapper on a toilet, they charged $149.13 for the 15 minute job. Bill included the minimum 30 minute labor charge AND ALSO a service charge of $95.00. The part was $9 and they were there for 15 minutes total. Just know upfront that they charge both. I'd suggest calling someone else for small jobs.
