Brian D. has been out to our house a couple of times and has done excellent work. Fast, efficient, honest and personable. He is the reason I signed up for the maintenance plan and trust him to do great work at our house.
Fast, and friendly. We had a leak in our basement ceiling, Brian analyzed the situation left by a leaking water line to the refrigerator, provided me with options and finished his work in a quick and professional manner. He led me through the process before and retraced all of his work - with me - after. I was presently surprised how quickly Summers was on the scene, working and completed the job. You have a new customer Summers.
On time, professional, and helpful. The office staff did a good job of giving reminder calls and a heads up when the technician was on his way.
I can't say the same for the customer service department at Summers. They have cancelled an appointment twice now on the day of the scheduled appointment due to other emergencies. We have taken off work twice for these appointments. Only an apology given via phone. If it wasn't for the quality work of Brian I would have cancelled the maintenance plan already. If Summers does try and reschedule a third time, they will lose my business.
The plumber was flexible to work around our need to use the plumbing while he was working on it. He even gave me a tutorial about how to shop for a kitchen faucet.
Great experience all the way around! From scheduling to the service call, we were given professional and courteous service. No doubt, we will be doing all of our AC, Heating and Plumbing business with Summers!
Chris D, a heating and cooling technician at Summers is the best! He has serviced both my air conditioner and furnace for regular maintenance and when my older furnace developed a problem. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and explains everything to me clearly. Best of all he does not treat me as if I'm a no nothing girl!
When we got our new furnace and A/C earlier this year, the salesman was helpful, not high-pressure. When installing they stayed late to make sure the job was done, even changing out workers midway through as needed. Cleaned up nicely afterward, and even hung around to make sure I knew how to use the new thermostat.
